A 70+ woman in California wrote a long letter about all the issues she was having with compatible cartridges she had purchased locally. We sent her three different sets to try out, regular, reusable and refillable. This is her response:

Just went to the mailbox and found your package with the cartridges. Immediately I went with the new Epson C82+ through the routine recommended by you (turning the printer 4-5 times off and on without cartridges). Then I installed the full set of your refillable Epson ink cartridges into this printer, which was the most difficult printer, and bingo it worked. What a relief. Then I did the same routine with the older Epson C82+, installing the brand new (reusable) cartridges with tanks, and a second bingo. It worked too. Absolutely amazing. I trust now fully that also the third set will work when the time comes and they need to be installed.

Obviously the cartridges from the Californian supplier have a compatibility problem, not yours. In the beginning of the coming month I will pay you for this shipment and I will probably order additionally some refill inks. I had those from you before and they worked fine then. I feel more comfortable with the refillable kind, or with your single use cartridges, your brand only.

You state on your Website that you guarantee that your cartridges will work, and this statement is 100% justified. I probably will send you all my leftover cartridges from the California supplier, but don't want anything in return for those. I would not try to install those again, because they were the ones that started the incompatibility problem.

I am eternally grateful to you for getting me up and running again, now already for the second time. I must say you really go above and beyond your call of duty. I would anytime recommend you and would even add my word and promise for proper functioning to my recommendation. Thank you so much, Izzy. In Germany we would say in such a case: "My gratitude will forever crawl behind you."

From a customer with an Artisan 730 to whom we sent an extra reusable cartridge for testing. They do not appear to work in the A730 printer.

Hello, thanks for sending the ink cartridges to me so quickly. Unfortunately, the extra reusable cartridge you sent doesn't work with my model printer, which is the Artisan 730. The disposable cartridges work excellent and the prints from these cartridges are beautiful. I'm actually about to order another set right now. Thanks again and pleasure doing business with you.
